	IMPORTANT NOTICE Please do not park in the spaces reserved for Handicapped Parking. We are experiencing an ongoing problem with parents parking in the reserved spaces who do not have the required Handicapped Parking permit. The DE State Police have been here several times to issue tickets. They will continue to monitor the situation. Please respect the right of our handicapped citizens to park in the reserved spaces. Thank you for your cooperation!
	Brrr! It's cold outside! Dear Parents, We have a concern about the outerwear that the children are wearing to school due to the fluctuating temperatures. The children go outside for recess when the temperature is above 25 degrees. They are outside for approximately thirty minutes. Please make sure that your child has appropriate outerwear (gloves, hat, coat). It is not possible for the teachers to monitor the children daily for appropriate coats. We just want you to be aware that the children will be outdoors so that they can be protected from the elements. We appreciate your support! Sincerely, OBL Staff
